Return conditions

1. Returns:
   

   Returns are possible within 30 days of the original purchase date. The item may be used , but must be in good, clean, and resalable condition . Please return the item in its original packaging, if possible.

2. Refunds:
   Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item and then process your refund. The refund will be made within 5 working days to the original payment method used

3. Exchange:
   W If you have received a defective or damaged item , we will of course replace it free of charge. In this case, please contact our customer service team at support@ikmii.de to initiate the exchange.

4. Return shipping costs:
   The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was delivered damaged or faulty.
